Thank you for the encouraging reply, hope that we can workout an amicable arrangement to appoint you as our Consultant to do the work for our Client on-behalf of our Company.

I am pleased to share the following information with you for your attention which is strictly confidential.

Our Client is a Freight Forwarding Company who has done their own Quality Manual and their SOP. Recently they hired xxx which is Mr. xxxx's Company to do a Gap Analysis Report. I have attached the edited copy of the GA report for your perusal.

The Consultant shall provide the Client with the following:

1. Quality Manual
2. SOP and related Standard Forms
3. An ISO 9001:2008 Awareness Training for Client's Personnel
4. Training for Internal Quality Auditors
5. Assisting in Coordinating with initial internal Audit and closing-up any findings thereof
6. Implementation Schedule
7. Close-out External Audit findings up to Certification issued by the Certification Body

I would appreciate if you can give me a quotation based on the above information taking into consideration your availability period for doing the job and travel / hotel expenses at your own cost.

The Client wants us to take up the Consultancy work soonest since they are planning to go for their ISO 9001:2008 Certification by January 2016.
